The price
What does it cost?
$800, one time. That covers building your site, hosting and keeping it running for the first 12 months, small text and photo changes during that year, and your web address. There is no monthly fee.
What happens after the first year?
A small yearly renewal keeps your site online from year two. We tell you the amount upfront, before you commit.
How do I pay?
We send you a simple invoice that you can pay online.
Can I see the website before I pay?
Yes. We can show you a preview of your shop's new website before you pay anything. You tell us what to change.
Your web address
Do I own my web address?
Yes. You own the domain, and it is yours to keep if you ever leave.
I already have a web address. Do I need a new one?
No. If you already have one, we connect it to your new site. If you do not have one, we register one for you as part of the $800.
The website
What goes on my website?
Your services, your photos and your before-and-after work. Customers get easy ways to call you or ask for a quote, and the site works well on phones.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. We handle the building, the hosting and your web address. You tell us about your shop and send us your photos.
Can I change things after it goes live?
Yes. Small text and photo changes during the first year are included in the $800. Send us the new wording or the new photo and we make the change.
Can you promise the site will bring in work?
No. What we can tell you is exactly what you get: a site that shows your work, makes it easy for customers to call you or ask for a quote, and works well on phones.
The studio
Do you reupholster furniture?
No. We are a web design studio. We build websites for upholstery shops.
Which area do you serve?
Upholstery shops in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding area. Everything happens by phone and email.
